DEFINE

Dependency is on the Lord. He is the hope that never fails. In Psalm 119, Scripture is the foundation for all christians. The authority that sustains and dictates life. In Psalm 119:114, the Lord is a hiding place and a shield. The 15th Hebrew letter for verses 113-120 is Samekh.

Samekh (sāmaḵ) - Verb

סָמַךְ çâmak, saw-mak'; a primitive root; to prop (literally or figuratively); reflexively, to lean upon or take hold of (in a favorable or unfavorable sense):—bear up, establish, (up-) hold, lay, lean, lie hard, put, rest self, set self, stand fast, stay (self), sustain (Strong’s Definitions, 1890).

So, until He takes me (you) home, You (the Lord) will be a hiding place and shield and the hope is in His word.
